Community Health Partners works in partnership with Bozeman Schools and Intermountain to provide school-based outpatient therapy. A licensed therapist is housed at BHS to provide services during school hours.
-Any student could potentially qualify regardless of income -Insurance is billed for services |
-If a student is already accessing an outside therapist, they do not qualify for SBOT services.

Child Advancement Project (CAP)A mentoring program run by Thrive (and housed in the school) that matches nurturing community volunteers who provide academic, enrichment, and social support and encouragement to children grades K-12 in Bozeman and Big Sky.
Students can be nominated for CAP for a variety of reasons including: -a family going through a divorce or change in family dynamics -struggling with academics or organizational skills -loss of a loved one -showing signs of depression or despondency -new to town or starting at a new school -accelerated academics or special Interest area -struggling with friends or social situations -just needs someone to talk to Students generally meet with their mentor once a week for about an hour after they are matched. |
